14 Day Revitalizing Body Reset

Supportive coaching through a program based on "The Master Cleanser" book by Stanley Burroughs.  In the course of a 14 day period, 3 phases are covered in this lemonade fast:

  • Preparation- 3 Days

  • The Master Cleanse 10 Days

  • Food Re-Introduction 1 Day

During the first 3 Days, the body is prepared for the fast by a daily morning tonic of 1 juiced orange, 1 juiced lemon,

2 garlic cloves and 3 Tablespoons of olive oil, followed by enjoying only fresh fruits, vegetables, water, herbal teas and non-dairy foods for the rest of the day.  The Master Cleanse is consumed for 10 days with food being re-introduced on day 14.
